7. Integration of Google reCAPTCHA

(1) The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data entry in the contact forms on our website is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. The reCAPTCHA module is loaded and the analysis begins as soon as the contact form is checked stating that you have read the data protection declaration. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis are forwarded to Google. reCAPTCHA analyses the above in the background. Data processing is based on Section 6 (1) a) GDPR. Google’s privacy policy.

8. Data processing within the framework of the whistleblower protection system

If you submit information to the internal reporting office within the framework of the whistleblower protection system, we collect your personal data (name, electronic contact details, address, message text, information about violations within the meaning of Section 3 para. 3 HinschG, information on the identity of persons who are protected under the HinSchG) only to the extent provided by you. The purpose of data processing is to fulfil the tasks, obligations and rights of the internal reporting office, which are assigned to the internal reporting office based on the HinSchG. Data processing is carried out to fulfil a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with § 10 HinschG. 9. Online presence in social media

We maintain online presences within social networks to inform the active users about our services and, if interested, to communicate directly via those platforms. We are currently represented in the following networks:

We have no influence on the data collection and its further use by the social networks.
