Please use the emergency call only for technical problems outside the AMPAREX support time. Speak your request to the voicebox, leaving a callback number.
The remote maintenance software is integrated into AMPAREX and can be started from your keyboard by pressing the F9 key. Please provide the displayed ID number to the AMPAREX employee.
You can also download the remote maintenance software to your PC so that our support staff could assist you remotely. The remote maintenance software can be easily started by double-clicking.
